MR. RICK ZAINAL ABIDIN IPO JUDGE 2011 NATIONAL CHAMPIONSHIP PERKIN (18.01.2011)

My name is Rick Zainal Abidin, 39 years and I am together with my wife Regina for over 20 years a dog handler / helper in the IPO dogsport. Of those 20 years I’ve been for 10 years a trialhelper. In 2004 I obtained my FCI judge license in the Netherlands.
During this period I have several varieties of breeds brought to the IPO III certificate and as well as handler and helper I participated in National and International competitions.
At the moment I am working with my 2-year old male H'Fila van de Duvetorre (see photo) and hope to get this year his IPO III certificate.

Almost this entire period I am a member of the NBG (Nederlandse Bond Gebruikshonden) and NVBH (Nederlandse Vereniging voor Belgische Herdershonden), and I have in 2003 with a number of handlers founded within the NBG the Honden Dressuur Groep Brabant (HDGB), this club is grown as a strong, fanatical group of people who sport the IPO training. An club that seeks to break new ground with positive training, and who is also involved with the training of instructors and helpers. To broadening our knowledge we follow in our club regular seminars in association of our Belgian sport friend Mario Verslype.
As a judge I had the honor to be able to approve several national championships, including NC All Breed CWH, NC Bouvier (2x) and the NC Rottweilers (2x), also I have some CACIT at home and abroad may approve.

It is for me a great honor to be invited to the 2011 National Championship IPO of Indonesia to adopt, especially considering that the country where my parents were born and raised, so I have a strong relationship to the land and its residents. But also because Indonesai is the second Asian country after Thailand that invite me as a judge for which many thanks.
From this place I also wish all the participants and the organisation of the NC Indonesia 2011 IPO success and with much experience and sportsmanship the best person win.
